Account Profile & Scale

Telkomsel is the largest telecommunications provider in Indonesia and a major public sector account. As Customer Success Manager, I oversaw the account partnership spanning a suite of 5 core mobile applications powering connectivity and digital services for tens of millions of users nationwide.

Onsite Enterprise Enablement Initiative

Managing an enterprise portfolio of this scale required bridging silos between internal client teams. I organized and conducted a comprehensive, onsite Growth Lab training session at Telkomsel's headquarters, bringing together key stakeholders across multiple departments:

1. Cross-Functional Team Alignment

Unified Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams in a single interactive workshop to align technical implementation with strategic business goals and product usage best practices.

2. Advanced Analytics & Product Adoption

Walked teams through advanced analytics use cases, data activation frameworks, and product features designed to maximize platform utility and optimize user lifecycle tracking.

3. Industry Privacy Frameworks Advisory

Delivered executive guidance on evolving privacy landscapes—including early Google Privacy Sandbox developments and Apple's privacy frameworks (ATT/SKAdNetwork)—preparing their teams for industry shifts in user tracking and data governance.

Summary of Impact

  • Cross-Department Alignment: Successfully connected Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams under a shared analytics strategy.
  • Deepened Product Mastery: Accelerated platform adoption and feature utilization across all 5 Telkomsel apps.
  • Future-Proofed Privacy Strategy: Educated enterprise stakeholders on regulatory and platform privacy shifts.
