About me

Nia is defined by her work in ad tech; talking with customers and increase their adoption and conveying feedback loop back to Product & Engineering

Advertising evokes feeling and that is the reason why I spent my career in ad tech, starting from programmatic company back in 2018. Grew up in Indonesia, I got the chance to breathe and live in Thailand and Australia. Unbelievable considering my mum has had to tighten her belt just to keep financing my education

I am a GTM person at heart. I have satisfaction by owning full lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion.

Currently I work as a Founding Customer Success Manager for early-stage AI-SaaS startups. I am building CS motions from scratch: usage and health monitoring, group webinars, and self-service enablement content that lets a small team support a large customer base.

How I work

  • Proactive and trying to close loop as fast and as much as possible: a task can be answered in 5 mins? I'll close it right away. There is data discrepancies and need to reconcile? I'll dig in, find all stakeholders needed to involve and give customers the latest I could get back to them. No customers left hanging.
  • Able to hold conversations with different stakeholders: I've sat on the same table as CMO of Coffee Meets Bagel, CPO of Kuncie, VP of BRI, and other renowned executives. I am someone who are curious and like to chat around ad tech and touch various topics: AI, philosophy, and other random things that come up in my mind.
  • Scale-minded: Enablement content, webinars, bite-sized videos and self-service resources multiply a CS team's reach — I've reduced ticket volume by 25% this way.

Beyond work

I care deeply about women education and curious about artificial intelligence. I like building silly apps (check my projects). As volunteer Marketing Lead at Yayasan Generasi Maju Berkarya, I organised Indonesia's largest Hour of Code event (1,300 registrations) and grew community engagement by 240%. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering from Parahyangan University, a Level 5 CCSM certification from SuccessCOACHING, and a Google Cybersecurity Certificate — because you can't just vibe code and expose your data to internet.

I'm based in Melbourne and wherever remote work takes me. If you'd like to talk customer success, drop me a line.
